Today i had a game that we played a while ago and we jus lost and now im getting pissed off my dad keeps tellin me "why are u on your space?" cuz he doesnt say why are you on myspace like evrybody else does. Im hating school, the basketball coaches aint playing me and theyre both assholes except for Bohn. My parents just keep bugging me every freakin day about thier stupid rules that they have and i get so sik of it! i want to get the hell out of highschool already too... Wut other bull do i got to talk about. Oh yea imma stop eating chicken albertsons from now on. I dont think im bout to even go there anmore!haha. Yall who really know me no why. aight then peace

I think that paintball and hockey are the two greatest sports . They both improve your running skills . they even ive you the chance to hurt people and shoot them . I believe that everyone should do a sport big or small . Some people say that my two sports are dangerous but there not . They give you a chance to really let your anger out . I have many different sports that I have played before but they weren't my style . I even tried water polo but they don't give me a chance to let my anger out . So I took up hockey then i wanted more thrill so I took up paintball also .

I really want to make the freshman baseball team and to do that I have to practice almost every day. I also want to get the new ps3 that came out about 2 weeks ago and I won't be able to get it until January because of the shortage of the consoles. For now, I need to focuss on my grades because if you do well in high school, then you can get into a good college. By next summer I can get my permitt so I will be able to drive.

Chrissy, Chrissy McPail what else do i have to say. She has the most outrages attitude and biggest smile on her face every time i see her. Me and Chrissy freindship goes on miles and miles. We never get in dumb fight and she is always making fun of me (thats how we are we make fun of each other lol) were a pretty much a crazy big happy family! Me and her like to get invloved in school so we can get to know other people thats is an other reason why we are so close. And we have a big butt little butt situation going on but of couse i have a bigger butt lol . well she calms shes a bigger butt. Their are so many people in the wordl that are dying for a friend like chrissy its a good thing i meet her =]

Well first of all Robert Emmons is saying the truth and i also approve with him he is telling the truth and people fill more incourageing with writeing down their feelings and like i said i agree with that well i like to write cause it helps me with my feelings and i write down what i feel thats how i express my feelings i feel more comfortable with me writting what i feel thats how i feel when it comes to writting on my journal well thats all i got to say

ithink keeping a journal its good but what bad about it its that someone could read it and find out everything you do so thats not good but not having one migth ause you drepresion beacuse you dont get your feelings out on anything so thats good.
